The BBC has found the first evidence that China is currently helping Sudan's government militarily in Darfur.

The New York State Supreme Court has dealt a blow against Dell by ruling that the company and its affiliate, Dell Financial Services, engaged in fraud, false advertising, deceptive business practices, and abusive debt collection practices. The judge called it a "bait-and-switch" scheme in which consumers instead often received interest rates that exceeded 20 percent.
