So I was checking in on the Bawdy Caste because they have shows again and I noted they have pictures from the Bay Area 2000 Rocky Horror convention... and I found myself! :D

Big News! We have talked with the theatre and obtained a couple extra show dates for 2007! Check the updated calendar at the cast website for details.

Next show is Audience Choice! That means YOU pick the cast! It's going to be nuts!

Thanks to everyone that came out to party with us this past weekend! ...And if you didn't, you missed out - everyone I spoke with after the show said they had a great time! ;)

You won't believe it, but the photos from the show are ALREADY POSTED! There may be more to come, but there are over 180 photos posted on the cast website awaiting your perusal. In fact, once I get the next batch, I may be cutting an number of the current ones, so check 'em out now before I have to trim down the lot. ;)

This years Halloween will be unforgettable!

Rockin Rocky Hallow Concert 2006 will be held October 28th. There will be a full length rock/punk concert with two bands to start the evening off, followed by an extra special MFO preshow, and as the clock strikes the witching hour, huge, red, luscious lips will hit the screen.

The band line-up will be "The DFC" followed by "Ed, the Band".

This show will start much earlier than normal. Doors will open around 8:30 or 845!

Since this IS Halloween, there will of course be a Halloween costume contest with prizes. Stay tuned to the cast website and the communities here at LiveJournal and on MySpace for more details!

By the way, some news about the cast. sa_briel and I have recently returned from Burning Man 2006 where we joined the Six Minute Players in a shadowcast of the Rocky Horror Picture Show, Friday night on the playa. I had hoped to play Riff Raff again as I had last year and this time I had all my costuming with me, but a Brad was needed so that's what I took. Likewise, Sa_briel had hoped for Magenta but ended up with Janet, a new role for her in which she perfomed admirably. The cast in general was eclectic as usual and the performance was down right zaney. If any other burners that caught the show happen upon this, I hope you had as good a time as the rest of cast.

Most of the photos from the August show have been posted (though we should be getting another batch soon, so there may be an update in another week or so).

The summer is almost over, but the fun never stops! Your local Rocky Horror Picture Show cast of My Favorite Obsession will be on stage the 26th of August.
