Wow. I've been a bad mod and let this comm go completely to seed. All right, it's time for some spring cleaning...

1) This comm is called MoodMAKERS, not MoodBEGGERS. Stop whining for people to make an icon set especially for you. Even if you promise, promise, liek omg promise to "give credit for it." Please. If you really want one, Google some pictures and get to work!

2) If you're going to post here, don't just be a leech. If you're going to ask for a moodset, then consider trading for it -- tell us where to get a good mood, or point out someone who makes neat ones, or share one of your own. Again: this was meant to be a comm for mood creators to share, trade, and get help. I'm sorry I wasn't clear enough on that.

3) No, really stop begging. I've gone over the last fifty posts, and 99% of the ones grovelling for themes either have no response at all or just a couple "me too! me too!" echoes. That's rather telling, don't you think?

4) For the last time, we don't HAVE any Paris Hilton themes. Go away.

Sorry to be such an ogre, but this is really a mess. I've been weighing the merits of letting the comm go as-is (and at least having SOME life) versus risking killing it by hosing out the useless posts and thus pissing off most of our posters. But...to hell with it. What's life without a few little risks? :)

To be fair, though, perhaps it would be appropriate to set up another comm JUST for seeking mood themes? That would be reasonable, I think...

EDIT: If you're late to the party and think I just flipped my lid over nothing, it's because I just finished deleting the lot. Believe me: it was bad. Real bad. *shudder*
