So, these aren't really all that pretty...but they'll do for now.

Here are a few buttons to link back to the community with. You don't have to take them, but if you want to link to [info]lvlwing_icons in your userinfo or something, feel free to use one of these. :-)

Hey what about this for a banner?


I'd put this in my user info :-) but i wont until you approve it as a banner for you. (Obviously i just took it from your journal layout, thought it looked nifty)

Ok, so first save the picture you want to your Hard Drive. Then upload it to like a photobucket account or something. After you upload your picture to photobucket there will be little text box labeled "tag" and it will have something that looks like this:
<*img src="http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v42/lvlwing/blahbla.jpg"*>.
(only, it won't have the *'s in there).

Ok, so copy and paste that into your user info. Then, right before where you pasted that put this:
<*a href="http://www.livejournal.com/community/lvlwing_icons/"*>

Then, put <*/a> after the img tag.
Remove the *'s out of those lines for it to work.

Hope that makes sense.

you dont sound stupid at all--it basically means that we exchange links...i post your link on evolvingraphics's userinfo and you would post one of my links on this user info...a kind of link to similar communities. you know like "well if you liked this comm, then you should check out this one" its pretty common in communities, if you look around you'll see a bunch of examples. other names for it are "sister communities" and something else but i forget at the moment...
