I have been trading and sending postcards and souvenirs on other sites for well over a year now and thought maybe LiveJournal would have postcard collectors!! I was right.  I am not really finding any rules here or where to fill in info. I have no problem with sending first, I have had to do that in every forum/site I have joined to get good references.  So some rules? or do I just start sending to the addresses listed? LOL
