Well, I'd be willing to co-mod if you could list what it is you need help with (like posting themes and winners and such). I'd love to do banners but I can't be certain I'll have the time and abilities to do them each week due to computer limitations and school occupying my time. Putting out a call for banner makers will get people to volunteer for certain, and get several with a schedule.

It looks like what you need is just getting word of the community out there and affiliates. I'm sure [info]ani_art, whom I co-mod with her [info]fma_hush community, would be willing to affiliate... as well as my own award community, [info]kh_iconawards. The userinfo page for this comm could use some details, like rules and such... it's probably deterring potential members 'cause they're not quite sure what it is. I could modify the rules of my community and post it on the userinfo here, if you'd be willing to grant me maintainer status as well.
