+Reason for joining: Currently just looking to get back in shape, seeing as my husband just left for deployment and I won't be eating so much fast food anymore. +Current fitness/health goal: Lose 10 or 15lbs and reduce my body fat percentage +Fitness/Health weakness: Eating at night +Do you have an ED/Fitness Disorder?: I was anorexic for a long time and most definitely had a body dismorphic disorder, but am more or less recovered now. +What do you think limits you the most in making healthy choices?: I am Lazy. +What are you or have you done to make the best of a situation barring you from a healthy lifestyle?: Making myself go to the gym based on the long term reward. +YOUR Fitspiration(A picture of a model, yourself, a quote, anything that keeps you going: Just the amount of energy I will have again once I'm back in shape and how good I"ll look naked!! woo!!!

Fitday.com really is amazing! I just started a public journal there under 1beforethedawn, and the reports it offers, and how it keeps track of your calories is so cool. i definitely recommend it to everyone. Thanks, banishingbigass for suggesting it. |

Keep track of your goals. Calorie counter, food diary, calculators and TONS more. I may even buy it one of these days, it's been unbelievably helpful.
