I wanted to make a mini announcement as to what's going on with the comm right now; I haven't died ((and neither has your co-mod :) )) +All posts are being screened. After the entire strikeout07 thing, all posts ARE REQUIRED to have a friends lock on them. So far a majority of you have been good about it; and for those who had to get their submission rejected, they've been understanding and resubmit it promptly with a lock. Thank you all for being understanding. This will also be a permanent rule from now on. +To join, you must be a Livejournal user for 2 MONTHS to be accepted. I'm not going through and making judgment calls, but if you're wondering why you were denied into the community, it's because of the 2 month rule. This is to safe-guard us against trolls and people who try and hurt the comm. Just 2 months and that's it :) Also, I have just received all the archive information so I'll probably start working on updating them soon. [MOD POST] [ May 30th, 2007 @ 12:06pm ] fy_sanctuary Hello everyone~ I just this morning heard about what's going on with LJ deleting journals after WFI started going through and reporting things. I've also heard that communities and journals are being attacked as personal vendettas as well. As soon as I get back from work, I'll be putting a disclaimer in the userinfo of this community, and while I'm not going to go through and demand it, I suggest maybe putting your stories under friend's only locks here on this community. Yeah, sucks a lot, but in an effort to keep the community and its members safe, I recommend it.
