and he really took a part of me with him.

Haha I thought this was semi-Chris related. Look at my journal. It took me like 10 mintues so looooooooooooooooook... Ha me and a friend were discussing how creepy it was so I thought I would bring it to the Chris group. Haha how funny. I was thinking of changing the little comment thing, any ideas? I sorta like the one I have though... Oh well. Well yeah...

I'll make this quick and to the point. I got Chris' EP yesterday in the mail. I didn't really expect anything from it, as people often feed me their work (or I support random indie bands) and some of it is good, some not so good. Well, I stuck the disc in my laptop and listened to it and I have to admit I was pleasantly surprised. Chris is refreshing. I only have one slight complaint: sometimes the sound quality drops (*shrug* I suppose it's because it was recorded in a cafe rather than a studio - Chris should def. do a studio session!!!). I could do a song by song review & blather on the poetics and Chris' wondrous soul drenched voice (soul is a rare quality), but I don't feel like it yet. 'Nuff said.

I heard a rumor that you shall be at the cool school on Friday... this true? I also was told you were down in the gallery playing piano... Damn I miss all the good stuff. But if you weren't planning on coming Friday you should. Ooo at lunch you could give us a mini concert. PLEAAASE!!! We have a whole little fan club, it would be the sex woot woot.

Damn, people need to update here more. Like all the time. Chris is the sex so we should all just talk about him. Ooo okay, how about we all say our top 5 reasons for loving Chris, teehee.
1. He is hot stuff.
2. Talented musician.
3. AWESOME HAIR ALWAYS
4. Good taste in like everything.
5. He's just awesome.
Well yeah...
Anyone like Dispatch? They are pretty nifty...
So are a lot of bands but I'm not going to name every one. OOOO the Meligrove Band! Thank you Chris sooo much. I was looking at your myspace (I'm actually a friend on that whooa) and I saw them, and they are sooo rockin. Like you :D:D:D:D

So cool. Hmmm whaat else to say... Shit I had something and then forgot it. Grrness. I'll post it when I remember. Well it'll be best if I get to doing the homework I attempted to put off.

ME AND BECCA SHALL KEEP THIS COMMUNITY ALIVE!!!
Me and some friends (yes yes horrible grammar) were randomly talking about the Seniors we liked today, and it was decided Chris was one of the favorite Seniors of all time. Meaning if there was an election he would be #1 or tied for #1. Yep.

Hello all,
My name is Katy. I currently go to VSAA. I first heard Chris play 2 years ago at an assembly with Susie, and ever since I've loved his music. Oh, especially after last year when he was playing in the gallery near the last day of school. I can't remember who was playing the piano, but Chris was singing and playing guitar with him. And I stood there entranced until my teacher started to yell at me.
I have yet to buy the cd though, but I am going too. I don't know exactly how to make the transaction since Chris has moved to Bellingham...
Well I can't think of much else to say except...
CHRIS IS THE COOLEST!!!

This Saturday and Sunday, I will playing a couple of half hour to 45 minute sets at the Uptown Village Festival, as well as playing with Pangur Ban. My good friend and great musician Elliott Bennett will also be doing a set on Saturday. Read below for the schedules for both days, and all the other information.

So, those of you who have the CD (or are familiar with the songs): I'm wanting to put up another one or two or few songs on my PureVolume page, and don't know what I should do. I want to show some good stuff -- what I can do and all -- but at teh same time dont' necessarily want to put the best stuff up (because then you get the album and be let down), and it would be nice to show a bit of the diversity between my songs. So...which one(s) is/are your favorite(s) and what should I put up for everyone else to hear?
By the way, will someone else please post in here. I know some of you have joined the community and wathc it. It's just sad when I'm the only one posting. just sad...

A few days ago, I made an account on PureVolume.com, upon which I put the song that was previously available on my website ("The End of a Nonexistent Romance"), as well as a new one, which is a bit of a departure from my usual style of music. The page has not been fully processed and been put up on the site yet, but hopefully it will be in a few days time, upon which you may hear both of these songs. Keep a weather eye open, mates ("There be squalls ahead. And Davey Jones waiting for them what don't obey." Oh, I could go on all night).
