Chocolate Chip Cheese Ball
I just friend-ed this community, and to be polite, here's just one of my favorite recipes. I love it because it's easy when I'm in a hurry and of course, it tastes great.

CHOCOLATE CHIP CHEESE BALL

1 (8 ounces) bar cream cheese, at room temperature
1/2 cup butter (not margarine)
1/4 tsp. vanilla
3/4 cup powdered sugar
2 tablespoons brown sugar
3/4 cup mini chocolate chips (or put regular ones in food processor)
3/4 cup finely chopped pecans

Mix. Chill. Shape in ball and roll in nuts.
Serve with chocolate graham crackers or whatever floats your boat.

Note: One time, I screwed this recipe up by mixing the chopped nuts in the cheese ball. . . but it turned out just fine. I rolled it in extra mini chocolate chips instead.
