 | 08:51 am I was just wondering if anyone here had some really good studying techniques, cause I have to memorize the first 5 chapters of Romans in the next week (23 verses a day, including today). I'm doing this so that my coach will go to a quiz in september with me (its a deal we made) and actually be my quiz partner, since she retired two years early for college and stuff.
Anyway, if you have anything really fast to help me memorize it, I'd be really, really thankful.
Thanks! Current Mood: i'm studying! Current Music: never alone- barlow girl

 | 03:39 pm I'm Brittany! Im 14.(almost 15, Aug 26th:D) I just joined. This is my first year ever Bible quizzing. I'm doing it for my Youth group, which is called "Teens For Christ". We just had our first practive last thrusday. We are having one every thrusday. My team is called "Hyssop" and our team colors are Red and Blue, red for the blood and blue for water. I have 5 people on my team, and i have 1 coach and an one assistant coach. Keith is my coaches name and Sketch is the assistant. All together we have 20 people, but we broke them all down into 3 groups. But we might just have 2 teams. We are going to be quizzed on James and Romans. I'm kinda excited, yet scared cause i'm not good at remembering things:)

 | 11:58 pm - hey you hey guys, i guess it's about time i introduce myself. my name is amy. i've been quizzing for 6 years, and now this is my last. *sob* i quiz with Detroit Bible Quizzing...we quiz with a sort of variation of World style, and attend/host some World tournaments (Great Lakes Regional, Chicago, Snowflake, Shenango). i'm not sure what else to say. basically quizzing is amazing...and once you're in you never get back out.
oh yeah, and is everyone else studying Matthew this year too? we're at the passage about forgiving debtors in chapter 18...and it's pretty intense stuff. i'm liking it.
that's all folks.

 | 07:28 pm hello. I am just going to introduce myself. My name is Renee and I am a first year quizzer. I think the cut off date for quizzing stinks cause it cuts off right before my birthday and that means that all my friends got to quiz last year while I was left in the dust( had to get that out) I quiz worlds and brethren in christ style and thats pretty much it. Like I said, I was just going to give you a little intro. Bye everyone- ~*renee*~ Current Mood: happy
