Aww... Don't sweat it. =) It's easy. Just press inside the little scrollbox thing (of the one you want) and then press "ctrl" and "a" at the same time to highlight all the words in the box. After than press "ctrl" and "c" to copy it and paste in where ever you wish (usually your userinfo) with "ctrl" and "v". So the basic break down is this:

Select all >>> Copy >>> Paste

:) Don't worry about the crediting, there's a link in the code (scrollbox thing) that links you back to this post. I'm not all that big on other people crediting me either.
