| New Anthology |

So this group has been sort of dead for a long time. Thought I'd bring it to life.
I heard through the grapevine that Stickfigure was going to be releasing a brand new anthology of "just about everything al wants published besides the first burn collector book and "things are meaningless" - almost 280 pages."
It's coming out this year. September I think.

MileMarker is coming to San Francisco for a show at the Hemlock on Friday November 25th. They're hoping to book a last minute all-ages show in the area for the next night. I've already told them about 924 Gilman and The Phoenix. Does anyone here have any ideas? Thanks! |

i was fortunate enough to conduct an interview through email with al burian about milemarker while challenger was touring europe. this was done for a graduation project my school requires.
( here it is )
there were more questions that he never got a chance to answer, as he was busy and answered one or two questions a week, and the deadline for the project came. |

new issue of burn collector on the way!
al burian is finishing up his zine and hopes for it to be sent to the printer by the end of this month.
also, copies of "rejects" may be available soon. possibly through http://www.quimbys.com/
copies of his solo 7in are basically out of print |

Al made sparse copies of a zine called Rejects, but he lost the master copy. the zine collects comics rejected for publication. the comics should appear in a comp zine sometime in the future. |

i figure i'll help kick start this thing.
i recently took a bunch of screens from the satanic versus disk on my computer, and i'll post all the ones of al. i would post any screens i could get from the future isms disk, but it will only play on a mac, so if anyone has that cd and a mac, try it out.
be warned, there are a lot.

Challenger European tour dates to be announced soon. so they've toured the US, japan and now europe. what about america's wang (florida)??
