I am involved with a project called Fan History. It is a wiki for writing about the history of fandom. I feel this is an important project for fans to get involved with because if we do not write our own histories, who will? It is also a really good way to find other communities that you might be interested in joining, warning people away from fans who might not be safe, helping people understand what has happened in fandom so they can understand why a fandom is the way it is.
I would really love it if you could become involved and help write the history of the Clay Aiken fandom. There is an article about Clay Aiken that could use people with more knowledge about the fandom to help write the history of the Clay Aiken fandom. Please contribute.

Thoughts on the concert?
I personally thought it was really good.
Did anyone stay after for him to come through the line? Boy how crazy that was! 25 minutes just to get a straight line! Thankfully I was near the front on where he started.
That guy sure puts on a great show though!

I'm a Clay fan, have been for a while...but this is bothering me.
I'm trying to find a way to listen to "Open Arms". I would LOVE to hear his duet with Kelly Clarkson when he sang it, but I'd settle for the ordinary one, too. The problem is I'm not allowed to download anything because of 'The Head Honcho's" rules. (A.K.A. Dad...)
Does anyone have a file of this they could share, or that I could save and listen to on my computer? I'm a Mac user, too, so none of this "Left-and-right click", I have one way to click my mouse. ^_^0

Hello everyone!
Just wanted to say hi to all of you. I love Clay and think he has an amazing voice. On top of that he is a really down to earth kind of guy and I like that. I would love to hear him sing live but I doubt he will be coming to Denmark any time soon.

Hey! I have a question I was hoping you guys could help me out with. I was surfing through some fan vids just now and ran across one that used a song called "Open Arms" sung by Clay. When I googled the lyrics I found a track listing for an album called Extra Songs and it had all kinds of stuff on it. Now I've never even heard of this CD. Is it for real and if so where can I get it? It looked amazing! Thanks so much for your time!

Hey everyone... this is my first post in this community, and I KNOW I
shouldn't be posting something like this, but I am DESPERATE to sell
these tickets. I have tried everything!! I tried StubHub and eBay, and
the concert is TOMORROW and I still have 4 extra tickets.
This is an ad for all Michigan Clay Aiken fans. I have 4 lawn tickets
available for Friday night's show at the Meadow Brook Music Festival in
Rochester, Michigan. The concert starts at 8pm, and the lawn is
general admission. First come, first serve for seating there. It's a kinda
small place too, so anywhere you sit on the lawn is actually pretty
good.

I am selling my 4 tickets in sets of 2, so if you want to buy 2, then

ALL my money. And that would NOT be hot.

Did anyone see Clay on Good Morning America a week or so ago? I missed it, sadly, but apparently he sang a new song. Lyrics, anyone? Any info on that? I have to get caught up on these things. :)
Also, I'm going to his Rochester Hills, MI concert in TEN DAYS. *Happy dance*.

Hey guys,
I wanted to let you know about an Idol RPG that my friends and I are starting here:

RPG stands for Role Playing Game. Basically, you pick one or two Idols to be and then act them out. It's like writing living, collaborative fanfiction. RPGs have been played by people over journals or AIM before, but not many have been done on messageboards before. Trust me that it's really simple to learn, and alot of us are veterans of past messageboard RPG games, so we can help you!
The plot of this particular game is that the Idols have been stranded on a deserted island... what they don't know is that they've become unwilling participants in a new reality show set up but the Idol producers. It's like Survivor meets Gilligan's Island meets The Truman Show.
So if you're interested in participating, come check out our cast thread and see if there's anybody you'd like to be. You can be anyone from any season of American, Canadian or Australian Idol.
Our board is currently on email validation, and I know that gives people problems sometimes, so if you have trouble validating your account, please contact me the admin on AIM at GeekiliciousMe.

i posted last year about having a master class at the school i take voice at with mr. orland, and i just got back from this year's, right now.
he..uh..i knew i posted things.
and he made fun of me and my friend because we're superr clay fans.
oh well. it was super freaking awesome, and i got more clay dish.
i wrote on my Q&A card for the answer session..
"Tell us more about Clay!!"
and he took it and said he'd give it to him.
hahaha. if he did, i might die a little, in a good way.
i want his yearrrrrbooks that someone here posted on ebay.
but i just spent all my money on shoes.
i always do that.
