Hokay! As we said before, in honour of Xmas and 106 or so members, we're going to have a doujinshi persona stamping... thing... yeah... complete with fun stamps and a weird survey. As promised, the stamps are fun and the survey is weird, so let's get started, shall we? This entry is the reference for people who are lost. Any questions, comments, corrections on grammar or facts, or anything else you may want to tell your crazy, loving mods who stayed up until three in the morning preparing this (granted, we weren't doing it all day...) may be left in a comment. :D
Basically, the same rules as before... no flaming, bold your votes, et cetera. Remember that most of the characters in doujinshi are exteremely OUT OF CHARACTER and thus you are not voting on their movie characters but rather what you have seen in doujinshi/what I write in the next part of this entry.
Because I'm an elitist loser, you have to wait 'til you've been stamped the first time to find out your doujinshi persona because the idea of people waiting for two stamps at once icks me out. Sorry. XD
And, to prove that you've read this small section of this long entry, put something witty about Pregant Sephy in your subject line. I know you can. Seriously. :|
The More Common Characters
Doujinshi Cloud is extremely emotionally unstable and very childish. He is frequently seen crying about something (usually Sephiroth) and, in yaoi doujinshi, getting raped by someone (usually Sephiroth). He typically looks about twelve, acts about seven, and is generally very whiney. In rare cases he's hyper. Very rare.
Doujinshi Zack is super super super super super super friendly. Even when he's angsting he's friendly. He's usually alive in doujinshi, in case that was a concern of yours. He's usually teasing Cloud (in a friendly way) or being friendly to Aeris or Sephy. So... yeah. Doujinshi Zack? Is friendly.
Doujinshi Sephiroth is mean and out of his mind, most of the time. He's portrayed in a lot of different ways: HornyRoth, who is doing weird things to himself & others, UkeRoth, who is being assaulted by Cloud, MeanyRoth, who is in character, NormalRoth, who is somewhat nice, and SemeRoth, the most common one, who is evil and molests everyone he sees.
Doujinshi Vincent is a superskank. He tends to somehow, some way, either become a dominant uke or everyone's bitch. Hmmm. The stamp we made features Bunny!Vincent, if that will give you a better idea.
Doujinshi Cid is a more naive version of his in character self and is frequently being pounced on by Doujinshi Vincent.
The Silver Haired Men (based on Spade, because they're the only ones who draw them)
Doujinshi Kadaj is still insane, but happily so. He's usually doing things like dancing around in a tiara or making pyramids with his brothers. He's generally very cute... or is that just my Kadaj fetish talking? Hm. Well, a lot of you have seen Spade art, so maybe you'll have a better idea of what to say for Kadaj.
Doujinshi Yazoo is still teasing and sort of mean, but he's also a slut, scoring with Loz, Kadaj, Reno and Sephiroth. Good lord, Yazoo. Keep it in your dress. x_x;
Doujinshi Loz is very childish. He has rubber duckies and mittens. I like Spade Loz better than real Loz... because he's a lot cuter. :|
Rufus/Turks
Doujinshi Rufus is very much a cold, power hungry dick. Basically not that different from his normal self. ^.^ He's not insane, though - just really, really mean.
Doujinshi Tseng is usually the voice of reason telling Doujinshi Rufus to stop being such a dick. Doujinshi Rufus rarely listens, though. Sorry, Doujinshi Tseng. :|
Doujinshi Reno is a child molestor, yo. No, really. He's mean and perverted. Very different from how he is in the movie. That's how I've seen him, at least.
I've never seen a doujinshi with Rude or Elena.
Females
Let's face it: Females rarely show up in doujinshi because everyone would rather draw attractive young video game males taking each others' clothes off, but they're in there sometimes. They are generally in character and Tifa's boobs are gloriously exaggerated.
Other
Cait Sith and Hojo are not options. You can do better than that, people. I've never seen Nanaki in a doujinshi. And if I'm missing anyone else, feel free to let me know. :D
