Mixed Emotions [04 Oct 2008|10:19pm] jelliclerose [ mood | hot ] [ music | Steady As We Go - Dave Matthews Band ] I'm so incredibly proud of him. Of course I am! I mean, he's one of my best friends in the world and he's just managed to get a part in the German/UK Tour of Cats for this year and next year plaing his old part of Alonzo and covering three other main characters (Munkustrap, Tugger and Admetus/Macavity). That's amazing. He's going to be incredible when he gets the chance to play them, I know he is. I believe in him completely. Partly coz I have to, he's my friend!! But also because I know what incredible things he's capable of on stage. But it really upsets me that the chances of me seeing him and getting to support him when he's playing ANY of those parts are so incredibly slim. Too slim. I'll just have to keep my fingers crossed. More upsetting is my mum's reaction. A sarcastic comment was not what I expected. I thought she understood. She clearly doesn't though and she's made me think I might not get to see him at all.
