For those looking for something cool to do Friday:

niveK's band is playing a free all ages show on april 4th at 5pm at Rasputin Music in Mountain View. It's at 630 San Antonio Blvd. The former Tower Records location. They'll be be playing a PG·ish show for about an hour or so. Bring your friends, kids, loved ones, sacrifical goats, and/or anyone who loves good old rock and roll...played by 5 ACRES of FEAR!!!

I slapped this comm together for a friend of mine who's in this band; the drummer. I'm not a member and I'm not even sure if this comm will be appreciated by the members of the band. Then again, I also moderate several comicbook comms, like one for Spidey, and I'm not affailiated with any of the major comicbook companies either so I guess it's all relative.

One thing I'm a bit bummed by is that even though the first post of this comm has the player all playing, which will work out well TILL this comms gets 11 posts, I wanted to get that on the user info. UnfoRtunately, what little I know of the embedding provess doesn't seem to work anywhere outside of an actual LJ post. Once it's no longer on the facing page anymore, provided anyone else posts here, I'll probably just put a link to it.

Need to do some more work on the interests list. It's kinda pathetic at present.
