yeep... it's been a while since I last posted... <- hasn't posted since her mom got remarried. anyway, not much going on in my life right now, though it looks like my real dad's back in AZ and claims to have moved back here in May... meaning that he's not in jail like we thought. O_O plus he filed some court order thingy against my mom or whatever claiming that she's refused to let him see my otouto and I, which ish not true because she hasn't even gotten the chance to refuse him visitation! plus I don't really wanna see him anyway (heck, I'm scared for my life around him!), and I don't think my otouto wants to, either... but according to the lawyer, I don't have to see him if I don't want to. heck, I don't even have to call him! and personally, if I did call him, I'm afraid that I might go overboard and throw every insult in Japanese that I know so far at him, so it wouldn't be too pretty. other than that, still nothing much going on in my life. I've gotten used to my stepdad, and I still call him by his name, but ocasionally I call him dad... though I can't get acess to my own computer these days and unfortunately, my stepdad's computer doesn't have BitTorrent, and I'm not gonna take the risk of installing it on his computer and him finding out... so I'm just gonna have to deal with the fact that I'm missing a ton of Bleach epis... and I have a crush on a guy, but there's two problems. one: my best friend has a crush on him, as well, and two: he already has a girlfriend... not good. ah well, I had no chance anyway. for one: I'm still in 8th grade and yet he's in 10th (not a big age difference, but by the time I'm old enough to date he'll already be 18 and might be engaged or something by then!). and I can't think of the second reason. XD but then again, I guess he's more like my friend's type anyway, especially considering the fact that he looks like Hao, and she just so happens to be one of Hao's fangirls. but enough with my love life. on with my life in general... wait, do I even have a life? XD |

my mom finally got married to her boyfriend, Jim... and now I have two more brothers. great, just great. *sigh* well, I guess I'll just have to deal with it and forever hold my peace, since the ceremony ish done and over with already... though now I htink my life ish about to become a living heck... and I already pinched myself to see if I was dreaming, but this isn't a dream... it's actually happening... I've gone from the oldest child to the elder of the middle children... now I actually have a reason to use the word "onii-chan", even though I won't be seeing my older stepbrother that often... but at least now I have a brother that's closer to my age and not as annoying as my bioligical bro... though I don't know if I'll ever be able to call Jim (my new stepfather) "dad", "father", or even "otousan" (but then he'd just make me translate it for him...), and it'll feel twice as wierd around father's day now... and I might very well be moving soon. man, this ish too confusing! and I don't know whether to put this post in my memories or not (well, since it's a memorable event, I guess I should...). thoug I don't know whether to be happy about this... |

talk about risking your life to get a report turned in on time... when I got to the bus stop this morning, I suddenly realized that I had left my report at home, so I went to get it really quick, but then when I was almost at the bus stop, I heard the bus coming, ran as fast as I could even though I was already out of breath, and when I was trying to cross the street to get to the bus before it left, the bus started moving! O_O right then I just ran for my life! though luckily the bus driver saw me and stopped, so as a result I got the report in on time, though I almost got killed in the process... that's it, from now on, at 8:00 sharp, I stop what I'm doing, make sure I'm not forgetting anything, and am heading to that bus stop long before the bus gets there so that way I don't almost get killed over a stupid school report!!!! man, I gotta get to bed earlier... |

yeep, talk about cold weather... it was about 55 degrees outside when I got home from school today!!! and that's rare in AZ except during winter and mid to late fall... but then again, it does start to cool down over here around Halloween or so... man I've been living here for like, what, nine years now, ten as of next April, and I'm still not used to the weather here! though the good thing ish that my dad's finally getting what he deserves and ish going to jail for not paying child support (that'll show him! the greedy jerk who constantly forgot about my b-day but got my little bro a PS2 once for his birthday, and a gameboy advance the year before that!)! ^_______^ (if you're wondering why I'm os happy about my dad going to jail, tis because, well, let's just say my dad isn't the best dad in the world... *throws her backpack at him* he ish t3h spawn of Marco, I tell ya! XD) serves him right. though I think he should be put in jail for much more than that... I mean, sure he doesn't pay child support, but he's also done some other bad things (like the time when he slapped me a while back when I was a kid). I just hope he's behind bars for a year at the very least, though I think he deserves to be in jail for life! other than that, nothing much else going on in my life worth blogging about, to tell the truth... things have been pretty boring around here... but then again, things are always boring over here... usually the only crazy things that happen ish in my dreams, and some of them ish too insane to make any sense out of... I just can't wait until tomorrow... and yet that'll mean I'll have to work twice as hard to get my country cuisine report done for cooking class... and it's due on Monday... crap, I'm gonna be working my butt off all weekend unless I somehow manage to finish it all tomorrow... and I doubt that, since I ish so lazy and a big time procrastinator... |

finally I managed to get BitTorrent to work! ^^ plus I had a four-day weekend this week, but I won't get into that... anyway, other than that, nothing much really happened at all today... skipped church again, finally got BitTorrent to work (and I finally got to see those epis of Bleach that I had downloaded recently. speaking of which... *makes a self-reminder to update her fave anime list*). and speaking of which, I finally got to see Bleach (this new anime that just started recently... at least I think it did. I dunno, so far there's only two episodes). so far, tis pretty good. though I wanna find out what happens next! XD though tis kinda wierd, but still pretty cool... the ending theme song ish really catchy, though. :D now to find all of the epis of TeniPuri that I've missed (which ish like what, over a hundred epis?! what am I saying, I haven't even seen a single epi! XD). plus I gotta try to be patient and wait for episode 3 of Bleach... and I gotta find the Yu-Gi-Oh GX fansubs soon... or did 4kids already license it two years ahead of time (they better not have...)?! and apparently they showed the final epi of Wolf's Rain last night, but I missed it... ah well, from what I heard everyone ends up dying except Kiba anyway, so basically it wasn't worth it... plus after poor Toboe-chama died, I kinda deicided that I wouldn't watch it anymore so as to keep myself from crying my heart out every Saturday night... though I missed Inuyasha! NOOOO!!!! ah well, there's always next year, ne? XD though it looked like it was gonna be a cute epi... ah well, I was never really a big fan of MirokuxSango anyway... don't ask why. though they do seem kinda (notice I said kinda) cute together... but Miroku's too much of a perv! XD |

well, looks like I once again have a reason to watch the Fox Box on Sunday mornings again... (and yes, Fox Box airs on Sundays where I live) apparently they're starting the new season of the Shaman King dub, which I'm really looking forward to... ( <- sarcasim ) and it seems the worst has happened and 4kids has gotten their filthy hands on One Piece and Tokyo Mew Mew... and as far as I could tell from the preview they put up on their website a few weeks ago, it could be better when it comes to Luffy's voice... though from what I heard, other than that they didn't do too bad of a job on it. the only name changes that they've made as far as I know is that they changed Zoro to Zolo (which was absolutely unnecessary, but at least they didn't change his name to Lenny, ne?), and they changed the Gum-Gum Fruit to the Cursed Fruit... which was also unnecessary, but at least it isn't some stupid name, ne? so yeah... there's that to look forward to tomorrow morning before church... if it's even worth it. and if I even get the time to see it before I have to go to church... especially since I'm known to sleep in until about 10:30 on Sundays... but then again, that's what alarm clocks are for, ne? :D; anyway, other than that, I'm bored... and trying to find the lyrics for Hagane no Kokoro. ... and a whole bunch of other stuff... well, today was okay. just the usual... oh, and I have a job in the cafeteria during my lunch break starting Monday, so as of next week I get to work in the cafeteria for 15 minutes and get a free lunch every day!!! ^_________^ but then again, considering that practically no one reads this, maybe I should stop typing in this thing... or sorta go onto my pitas account for one last time, and then put 'MOVED TO LVIEJOURNAL' on my pitas blog and stuff... but then again, considering that almost no one visits my pitas blog either, the word won't really get out too fast unless I e-mail all of my friends that dont know that I moved to LJ for good and stuff... other than that, I'm still trying to decide who to cosplay as at Anizona (Arizona's first ever anime convention. it'll be held for the first time in March 2005, so I'm making plans and stuff now). though I think I probably should cosplay as Shampoo from Ranma 1/2 or something... or I can try to make a cosplay costume on my own without my grandmother's help (she can't sew without a pattern) and cosplay as Meilin from CCS or something along those lines... man, decisions when it comes to cosplay can get so confusing!!! @_@ that and I don't even know if my mom's gonna take me or if my grandparents will manage to get back from Australia and New Zealand by then (my grandparents plan to go on a 20-day trip to Australia & New Zealand sometime in February)... man, tis a really good thing I'm planning this stuff in advance this time and know that I'm practically going for sure as long as the prices aren't too high... man, this is confusing... |

I finally drew some Mankin fanart for once (usually when I draw actual fanart other than just my OCs I stick to Pikachu or Sasami or something simple along those lines)! ^^ I might submit it to deviantART, I might not. though I already submitted it to theOtaku and it should be up later tonight or something... anyway, other than that, I'm kinda bored at the moment and being constantly pestered for paper by my mom's friend's daughter McKenna who my mom volunteered to babysit for the weekened because McKenna's mom is getting surgery and stuff... though at least tis a three-day weekend, meaning that tomorrow might not be as stressful as it usually is. heheheh... :P that and I signed up for art club and Pins & Needles yesterday at school during club day at lunch. so now I might actually be able to sew a cosplay costume myself form once instead of relying on my pattern-dependant grandma to sew it for me! ^^ this can be especially useful next March when I finally get to go to a convention. anyway, nothing much is going on right now, except that I'm sorta considering posting my pic on deviantART, but I'm still a bit unsure about it... anyway, g2g now. until next post, ja ne! |

TIS ALMOST FRIDAY!!!!!!! that and I finally got an account in devianART! ^^ and I figured out how my mom's scanner works (finally), so now I can submit pics and stuff! ^^ so yeah... NOW I CAN SHOW OFF MY ART! not that I'm a showoff or anything, I just wanna be able to submit fanart and stuff to different sites such as myOtaku.com (which I happen to be a member of. in case you might wanna know, my username on myOtaku is cardcaptorryoko) and stuff. so yeah. now for a summary of my day.
1st period: it was okay. we still can't bake the cookies yet! T_T but we got to make the dough today, so tomorrow we're gonna be baking for sure nyo! ^^
2nd period: it was okay. we have to do one of those bubble-sheet tests, though. but the good part is that we don't have any homework today! ^^ or tomorrow either, for that matter.
3rd period: what the heck?! THERE'S A STAR OUT IN SPACE CALLED BEETLEJUICE?! AND IT'S RED?! man, this talk about stars and stuff, especially with the sun being one, ish really confusing!
lunch: this was... interesting. it turns out I have enough money in my account to last me for 70 lunches... must've been the money saved up from last year. *shrug* that and tomorrow ish club day! menaing next Wednesday (maybe) art club starts! ^__^
4th period: review... man, I'm gonna have a load of trouble on that test tomorrow... and we can't do retakes, either... @_@ oh well, at least I have my notes to study from nyo!
5th period: read more of The Legend of Sleepy Hollow. the sub skipped a bunch of parts! >< even though it may be boring, I still wanna know what happens to that evil teacher Ichabod Crane in the end! I know, I'm a nerd. and somewhat proud of it, too... *shifty eyes* oh, and if you wanna know why I called Ichabod Crane an evil teacher, tis because from the descriptions in the beginning, he doesn't seem like a very nice teacher nyo...
6th period: just went over basic Spanish terms and stuff... tomorrow's the big test, though... I'm scared nyo. O_O
so yeah, not very eventful... and does anyone even read this thing? or am I just alone here... I mean, I know I'm a newbie and stuff, but still... oh well nyo. I guess I just need to get out more or something... until the next time I update, ja ne! |

man... I've ben up since 2 and haven't been able to get back to sleep since. I just hope I can survive today... and that I won't have to stay home because of these stupid cramps... man, why did my time of month have to be now of all times?! >.< that and I've just gotten an update on what's planned so far when summer vacation finally comes around again... two days after school lets out, I'm going to Disneyworld for a week with my grandparents, my mom, and my obnoxious little bro. though there's just one problem... WHAT IF I HAVE TO GO TO GIRLS CAMP THAT WEEK?! that wouldn't be good... then I'd have to choose between Disneyworld and Girls Camp. if that choice comes up... should I go to Disneyworld, or Girls Camp? I'm thinking maybe Disneyworld because the last time I was in Florida, I was just a baby, hence why I don't even remember it. but then again, I don't wanna have to miss my third year of Girls Camp. after all, there's only about 6 or so years that you get to go to Girls Camp before you turn 18, leave Young Women's, and join your mom in Relief Society or something... at least that's how it usually works. let's just hope they have Girls Camp in July this year or something... and in a place with hopefully no fires, since July ish the main time for forest fire season here in AZ ever since the Rodeo-Chedeski fire, which burnt quite a few acres, by the way. so yeah, quite a decision I might have to make about a year or so from now... that and tis 20 days until my little bro's b-day, and I have no idea what to get him (I know he may be obnoxious and annoying, but he's still my bro, nonetheless. I'm not as bad a big sister as I may seem, ya know. :P). though I'm thinking about getting him those Yu-Gi-Oh! DVDs that I was gonna get him for Christmas last year... that is, on teh condition that he lets me watch them every now and then (even though I hate the Yu-Gi-Oh! dub, so far I've only seen the dubbed version. though now I'm more of a subbie than I used to be back then, so I don't really watch the dub anymore). or I could get him something else... like maybe something that's kid-friendly, yet still interesting at the same time... but then again, he was kinda hooked on Kaleido Star once he saw the little preview DVD I got in one of the previous issues of Newtype USA, so maybe I can get him Kaleido Star volume 1... darn, so many choices! maybe a Yu Yu Hakusho DVD or two...? or I could get him something I'm almost sure he'll like, but hopefully he won't lose interest in it like he eventually lost interest in Shaman King (and left the disc he was currently watching on his desk-ish thing next to his PS2 in his room!), but he was lucky that this time the DVDs were mine and not a birthday or Christmas present that I got for him. though I think there's something I can maybe get that both he and I can watch together without me ranting about name changes and edits and stuff like I do when I sometimes sit down to watch Yu-Gi-Oh with him on Cartoon Network in the morning. man... maybe I should preorder the FMA DVDs coming out in January and get him those for his b-day (he'll have to share them, though. so far, I've only seen one epi of FMA, and I wanna see more!). then it'll be somewhat easier to try to shove all the FMA info I can down his throat so he won't get screwed over by the dub if it turns out to be really crappy, because he'll be watching it, so I won't have to force it down his throat as much! :D meaning less work and research for me in the meantime. yes, it's all coming together now. muhahahahah... >D before he knows it my little bro will be as obsessed with FMA as me! or at least somewhat. |

yet again, I'm bored as ever. that and I have Spanish homework that I'm gonna start on after this. and it turns out I'm gonna be having a substitute in English class all week... great, just great. oh well. the good news is, I FINALLY HAVE PROOF THAT SNIPES EXIST! tis even in the dictionary! ever since I told my mom about snipes and snipe hunting and stuff, but she said it was just a prank that people in some wards play on the first years at girls camp and stuff, but it turns out there is a bird called a snipe! I've kinda forgotten about this and figured that my mom was right and that there isn't such thing as a snipe (the bird, not the act of shooting someone while hiding in a tree!), until today in English class when we were reading The Legend of Sleepy Hollow, and in the author's description of Ichabod Crane (sp?), he compared his nose to the beak of a snipe. I asked the sub why they would mention that if snipes don't exist (thankfully, he knew all about the whole snipe hunting thing), and he just used the fact that the story was first written and published in 1820 as an excuse to say that the author might have been referring to a different snipe, or that the word snipe had a different meaning back then. but I knew that it probably didn't mean any different than it does now, so during the last five minutes of class, I took out the dictionary under my desk and looked up the word snipe, and here were my results for the first definition of the word (the bird):
snipe: any type of bird with a long, thin beak
at least I think that was the definition. though it didn't say anything about snipes being nocturnal or being flightless or having red eyes at night, but I think Jessie and the other girls back at camp just exaggerated those parts. but I at least now have proof that snipes exist! ^0^ anyway, now for the bad news: the bugs that keep biting my little bro are actually called scabies or something, and apparently they burrow themselves underneath your skin and just sit there... or something. that's just plain gross! eeew... so anyway, nothing really interesting other than that, although I might update this later when I get back from mutual tonight or something. or tomorrow morning. anyway, until then, ja ne! |

... so I guess this is my first post on this thing. I was originally on pitas, but I got bored with that and decided to get an account on Live Journal, so here I am now! ^^ though now I gotta do some tweaking and stuff... that and I'm bored, I have a Spanish test to study for, and yet now I'm just posting in this at random because I'm bored... as for my day so far, you could say it was kinda uneventful. though this may sound crazy, but I think my little brother has fleas. why, you ask? well, he has bites all over him, he found a bug on him that looks like a tiny tick or something, and he had to stay home from school today because teh doctor said it was contagous... wierd. really really weird... that and I had a substitute in English class today. but I guess that's not really interesting, is it...? alright, I'm gonna go and do stuff now, tell some of my friends that I have an account on LJ now and stuff. until next time I post, ja ne! |
